I am a Seattle based artist that has been working with metal for over 20 years. I have been teaching Creative Metal Working and Welding One at Pratt for over 15 years. Although my work has incorporated more mixed media and installations, as of the last 6 years, I continue to work with metal, primarily steel, pushing its limits and exploring different techniques and expressions. I have some experience working small/soldering and casting copper, bronze and silver. The scale of my work is quite broad, as well as diverse, aesthetically ranging from very decorative to minimalist and industrial.

I divide my time between sculpture, furniture and site specific commissions. My sculpture has been in numerous shows in the Seattle area and my public site specific work can be seen at the following venues: Horizon House, Youngstown Flats Apartments, University of Washington Hospital, Highline Community College, Marjorie Restaurant, Terra Plata Restaurant, the former Campagne and Brasa Restaurants, Napolitano Spa and Salon and Grandview Condominiums. My studio is in the Sodo/Georgetown area.
