Studio Access Program

To reserve studio time, please review the specific requirements for each studio.

If you need to cancel and reschedule an appointment, contact the Front Desk (206) 328-2200 or info@pratt.org at least 24 hours in advance. They will notify the Coordinator.
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (no call, no show), the $25 fee is retained to cover Pratt’s expenses associated with having a coordinator on-site. To schedule a new appointment you must pay the $25 fee.
For reservations cancelled within 48 hours a refund will be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee, over 48 hours no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation fees will be waived for reservations for sick, exposed or infected individuals as an encouragement to stay home, a minimum 72-hour waiting period will apply for future reservations.
