Yulia Chubotin's Personal Page

Pratt has been part of Yulia’s life ever since she came to Seattle in 1993 from Kiev, Ukraine. Yulia received her formal art education in the former Soviet Union and holds an MFA in painting from Kiev State Art Institute. Yulia’s work is included in private collections around the world.
